Chef Adam Hoffman took over Twin Rivers Brewery in March 2011. Today Twin Rivers Brewing Company is serving frosty pints in downtown Monroe, Washington. Chef Adam Hoffman, who also owns Adam's Northwest Bistro in downtown Monroe, is the master brewer on our 4 BBL system. Currently we are running five ales on tap in the bistro and in the tasting room next door. Come on by and try out our newest ales on tap. We also offer growlers and growler refills.
