Black Zia Cantina offers an eclectic mix of New Mexican-inspired dishes, American bar eats, and cold drinks to wash it all down. During lunch and dinner, the bar comes alive with the sounds of clinking martini glasses and sizzling fryers cooking up sopapillas stuffed with beans and grilled steak. As the night wears on, musicians and comedians take the stage, and bartenders keep glasses brimming with specialty margaritas. But early-ish birds can get their fix, too. Every Saturday and Sunday morning, the chefs whip up brunch dishes such as huevos rancheros and taco omelets.
