Tressa is from a 6th gen. Delta farming & musical family. She was a music major at Cosumnes River College & sang in choirs, bands, & other special events for over 35 years, including the Sac. Trad. Jazz Society, & the National Anthem for the River Cats & other events. After recording her 1st CD, “Sentimental” (Jazz & Gospel) in 2010 (sold 400,) she sang for a Classic Rock & Country cover band for over six years, which led to her recording her 2nd CD, “Gettin’ Foxy” in 2014. In July 2017, she left & started, “Tressa Gaye & Friends” & performs as a 2-4 piece at wineries, breweries, & other venues. 2020 birthed “Tressa Gaye’s Twisted Jazz,” performing popular songs in different genres,' such as Jazz, Swing, Latin, Bossa Nova, and Blues.
