Shawn Smith and Randy Hughey - initially performing together in the UK circa early 2000's - realized they simply needed to reconnect with each other to work on original material. The Sons' identity grew; and in February of 2017 they welcomed Rob Wolfe on bass and in June 2017 Charlie Fultz on drums. Their debut album, "Ride Off Again", is the cornerstone of the band's original music written by Randy and Shawn, which aims to continue the legacy of the great bands that influenced them: driving drums and bass, rocking guitars and soulful singing.
