The Sarah Messias Band

Sarah is a harmonica player, singer and songwriter. She also plays guitar, piano and drums, along with the harmonica. Surrounded by Blues and Rock, her style is a fusion of those genres with her own final touch, making the sound special and different. Sarah already played with great blues players such as Vasco Faé, Márcio Maresia, Sérgio Duarte, Igor Prado, Ivan Márcio, among other great artists. She participate twice of the event Sesc'n Blues, with the projects "Mulheres blueseiras" and "Blueseiros do Brasil". She also played, one of her first events when she was 11 years old, on the "Mulheres gaitistas" project, created by bluesman Vasco Faé. Recently, Sarah played on the Lollapalooza Festival in Brazil, being considered the big revelation of the festival by the biggest media channel from Brazil (Globo). She also was awarded with a Full Tuition Scholarship from Berklee College of Music, in Boston.
