The Great Silver Sun is a modern psychedelic jazz rock project based out of San Diego California led by Grayson Scheiner. Great authentic songwriting with emotionally evocative arrangements are enough to give goosebumps. Couple that with the virtuosic abilities of Grayson(Guitar), Griffin Powdrell(Saxopohone/Flute), and Oscar Fabian(Guitar/Effects) and you have a phenomenal psychedelic rock show.
The band's first E.P. Love and The Machine was produced by critically acclaimed producer Aaron Bowen and features complex brass arrangements, spoken word pieces and pot and pan percussion showing that this group is not afraid to take artistic risks in the generation of their own unique sound and vibe.
