SWARMIUS is based in San Diego & LA, but plays all over the world. ....

Our music is fun, upbeat, eclectic & virtuosic - kind of like extreme sports in music - the musicians (Soprano Sax, Alto Sax & Live electronics) are world class virtuosos. ....

Recently SWARMIUS performed in Tokyo, Japan at a battle of the bands and the NWEAMO Festival, & NYC at The Cutting Room, (a couple blocks from the Empire State Building ... In between we played at the Layfayette Hotel here in Dan Diego. ....

We have performed at the Martin-Lawrence Gallery in La Jolla, for their yearly Masters show (an invited event where they offer works by Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne etc.) ....

& at the $300/plate Kyoto Award Gala dinner in 2015 (a formal sit down dinner with invited leaders from business, arts and science communities)

The instrumental nature of the band works well because it does not interfere with talking.
