Music lovers will find a whole new dimension to love in the music of cellist/guitarist/singer/songwriter Stephen Katz, who simultaneously lays grooves, weaves tunes, and lifts spirits. He has performed at Carnegie Recital Hall and internationally as a soloist and with the Paul Winter Consort, Rachael Sage, and the Essex String Quartet. He is a NEA grant recipient, and a Gold Medal winner at the Park City Film Music Festival.
A native of San Francisco, Stephen received a Master of Music degree from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. He lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife Beth and son Olin.
