Nothing Sounds Good is a Tacoma-based hard rock band, featuring the talents of Veg, Jimmy "Six Guns" Ortega, "The Beast" Whoolmer and Chris Pas. Influences include Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Indika, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Sound Garden, My Sisters Machine, Sedated Souls and Prayer Factory. NSG has been in the middle of a "re-tooling" phase. As many my know, our drummer and bass player decided to explore other musical interests. Since then, the band has brought in a new drummer and bass player. With the new members we have been writing new songs. The band has also been working on vocal harmonies which we have always wanted to do since the beginning. With new members, new songs and new energy we think that NSG will sound better than ever!
