MoeCarro was born and raised in Houston, TX. Throughout her teen years, she sang with several gospel groups including James Fortune and Fiya. Although she doesn’t have the appearance of your typical R&B singer, MoeCarro’s smooth, sultry sound can captivate an audience. Her musical inspiration stems from artist such as Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill and India Arie. Stepping out on faith, MoeCarro decided to pursue music full-time as an indie artist. On a mission to spread her name and perform her original music nationwide, she funded her own coast to coast tour hitting stages in Hollywood, Miami, Atlanta, Austin and many others cities across the country. She plans to continue to make music with meaning as she grows in this music industry.
