Mike Wilson is a singer-songwriter from Orange County, California. He has two independent releases: The Long Walk Home (2019) and a five-song EP recorded with Sound Playground Records (2013). Prior to embarking on a solo career, Mike experienced early success in music as lead singer of the Indie Rock band Simple Green, sharing the stage with bands such as Blink 182, No Doubt , and Naked Aggression. Over the past 15 years, Mike has compiled a catalog of over 30 original songs and nearly 100 covers. Making the covers his own, Mike’s laid-back acoustic versions of hits range from classic rock to top 40.

Mike delivers a rhythmic musical performance that blends covers and originals as the perfect soundtrack for memorable events. His relaxed music style has a playfulness that complements his lower-mid range vocal tone. With a distinct voice and true passion for playing music, Mike has the rare combination of being as good a singer as he is a guitarist. Recognized for his vocal and acoustic performances, Mike has been featured several times in the OC Register, on EDGE radio, performing at the Celebration of Surf festival in San Clemente, live performance backed by Tilly’s during the 2013 US Open, and on Budweiser’s National Talent Search "The Big Time" in 2013.
