Solomon's Road is not focused on being another band forced to conform to industry standards. The band is completely focused on their unique blend of rock sound and inspirational lyrics, and frankly, has no interest in any mainstream gospel music formats. The band has been playing together in various forms in live concerts, youth groups and major congregations for over 12 years.

The band is truly a family, with three siblings and two married couples in the group. The lineup includes singer Jessica Wright (So Real, The Unseen) and her husband Trey (bass); her brother, Jordan Smith (vocals, guitar) and his wife, Sarah (keys, vocals), with baby brother Josh Smith (drums) and Parker Thomaston (guitar).
