Megaweapon.

We are Megaweapon. an indie pop band that flirts with a punk sound the only way keytar wielding geeks could. Formed on Long Island NY by singer-songwriters Michi Turk and Andrew Stieglitz, the band is as heated as it is upbeat- where NYC attitude meets suburban camaraderie. With a liberating live performance, the crowd makes memories while singing along to rock music with a nostalgic feeling.

Following a year of working to capture their live energy in the studio with producer/engineer Nicholas Starrantino, they are set to independently release an EP February 2017 and co-headlining Galentines Fest Long Island.
Some of our more notable experiences include opening for national acts: Creed Bratton from NBC's The Office, I Fight Dragons, Candy Hearts, Metro Station, Palaye Royale, Michale Graves (of the Misfits) as well as performing at Comic Cons in the NY area.
