“I’ll go out to California...I’m gonna start me a rock n’ roll band...”
In 2016, two long-time friends, Dallas (guitar) and Ben (vocals/guitar) started playing music around San Diego at open mics and parties. Once word spread about their music, Dallas and Ben needed to find other like-minded musicians. Enter Bob Salihar, a mutual friend from Chicago, who happened to be roommates with Daniel “Da Froggz” Martin. The chemistry was instant; Froggz, Ben and Bob formulated three-part harmonies, while Bob, Ben and Dallas built three guitar parts. The final piece involved finding Dan Gershun, a Nashville transplant, who quickly locked in with Froggz to create a thundering rhythm section.
The band’s music is rock n’ roll but the experimental heart of the music takes the sound across many genres.
One can find the band performing at local venues like: Winston's OB, THC1502, Pour House, Aztec Brewery, Black Plague, Midnight Jack, Roxy Encinitas...and more. 2018 will be another amazing...
