I am a vocalist who can play piano and some accordion, and can fill 1-2 hours with a variety of covers and originals. My sound has been compared to that of Regina Spektor, Ingrid Michaelson, and even Join Mitchell, but my repertoire includes everything from Otis Redding to David Bowie. My set is generally mellow, and would be best suited for relatively small, casual events and venues, such as cocktail parties, wine tastings, and coffee shops.
I have sung and played in bands for almost four years and have been playing out solo for over a year. Lately, I've been playing short sets of my original songs with a band at least once a month, in addition to playing solo gigs at farmers markets and the like. I have also sung in choirs, open mics, talent shows, and church groups ever since I was a kid.
I have an amp, a keyboard, an accordion, and one mic with a boom stand.
