Julie O. aka Julie Outrage is a guitarist, singer-songwriter and percussion player born in West Africa and raised in Maryland, currently living in New York and DC.

Her style has been called funk-rock with a jazz guitar influence, a feel encompassing hip hop inspired & spoken word lyrics."

These days I'm trying to explore and hit every genre jazz, blues, rock, punk, hip hop. When it comes to playing full band, I love heavy hitting instrumentals and funk beats but I vibe very well with low key alternative lyrically driven folk jazz and acoustic sets.
