Jordani & The Sun Kings

Jordani & The Sun Kings is a soul-pop band based in Tacoma/Seattle that blends the sounds of motown, soul, jazz, and pop.

Their songs are a combination of "nostalgic tones and melodies, lyrical depth, and intentional delivery," with comparisons to Alabama Shakes, Corinne Bailey Rae, and Joss Stone.

A newer incarnation of Jordani's soul-based indie pop, the band first started playing together in the Fall of 2016 - previously knowing each other from session work and playing together in other musical projects including Dwele, Tuxedo, Ethan Tucker, Stephanie Anne Johnson, and others.
