Jean Nolan, from Austria,EU, is country musics newest face and his accent is nothing like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s.
“When Jean sings one starts guessing whether he is from Georgia or Texas“, his Nashville based hit producer Ray Barnette says half-jokingly. Jean moved to Nashville,TN in 2015, after releasing his critically acclaimed self-written debut album Born Ready and 3 hit singles to mainstream radio and playing multiple tours in his home country.
“I’m very grateful for my success in Austria. Winning the Austrian Newcomer Award and having my songs played on radio stations around the country, as well as playing some of the most prestigious venues was truly a dream come true. But Nashville is really where I always wanted to be”, Jean says.

“It all starts with a song and the bar is high in this town”, he says with a smile and adds, “the listeners out there want to be entertained, but today more than ever, they want something else - inspiration. Writing a song that moves and inspires people, that’s my daily task.”
Jean is currently working on his next album, writing for other artists and growing his audience on stage and online. His songs have been featured on Austrian national TV and have been heard by well over half a million listeners on youtube and other social media platforms
