Garrett and the Sheriffs

A band born around a campfire: that is what Garrett and the Sheriffs comes down to. After working together at a beloved summer camp, Garrett Hendricks, Peter Erickson, and Danny Grasseschi formed Garrett and the Sheriffs out of a communal love of music. Vivid summers in the great outdoors birthed the band’s rootsy grit and organic soul. With influences ranging from the Zac Brown Band and Johnny Cash to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam, Garrett and the Sheriffs embrace the rich history of Americana and folk music while always looking forward. After gaining a foothold in Bellingham, the band released an eight song EP of both home recorded and studio produced songs written and arranged by Garrett, Peter, and Danny. Now joined by violinist Sarah Elder, Garrett and the Sheriffs plans on taking its rugged Americana music to the rest of Washington and beyond.
