Elliott Ranney is a Folk/Jazz singer/songwriter performing finger style on classical guitar. Ranney explores the genres of Bossa/Samba, Swing, The Cool School and contemporary Folk music. Aging Sailor was re-released in 2012 through Inpartmaint, LL c on the Rip Curl Records label (Tokyo, Japan) and has been distinguished as an 'Evergreen Classic.'
Ranney has toured Missouri and Illinois frequenting wineries, coffee houses and concert venues. He has shared the stage with Folk Pop icons Brewer & Shipley, Shawn Phillips and East Coast singer/songwriter, Jonatha Brooke.
