I started performing music as a guitarist/singer when I was 13 years old in a local San Diego cover band called 'Windfall', eventually becoming 'Departure'. It was a blast and where my love for music and performing started.
Today, I specialize in performing fun acoustic covers from 60's classics up to modern-day favorites. I use a combination of live looping (one-man-band style) and straight singing/playing to keep the music engaging and interesting. I play a wide variety of genres including Rock, Folk, Pop, Country and more. Think Tom Petty, Jack Johnson, Eagles, Amos Lee, Sublime, Paul Simon, Johnny Cash, Beatles, CC&R, etc. I can perform mellower music in the background or shift to a more upfront, upbeat performance depending on what will make your guests happy. My goal is always to just make it enjoyable and put a smile on people's faces.
