From the depths of outer space to the streets of St. Pete a young extraterrestrial was sent from his dying home planet to share a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, understanding and inspiration with the people of its sister satellites. With no one from his home to identify with, the young alien began to make a name of his own in the streets and developed a family, the Forever Lasting Oracles (or FELO), that also vowed to share their endless wealth of knowledge for the people. There has since been a war between the worlds of the ruthless and the righteous that left the alien held captive by government authorities.
