Alie Renee, Indie Folk, Singer Songwriter is a native desert dweller from Albuquerque NM, since uprooted to Seattle. Alie grew up listening to legends like Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash and learning from modern artists such as Brandi Carlile, Norah Jones and Birdie. She has played live music at many local wineries and pubs, especially in "Wine Country" Woodinville. Alie believes that honest lyrics sung with genuine conviction are the keys to inspiring music. Stripped down piano and vocals are her niche, but she also enjoys singing favorited covers from her childhood, as well as inspiring modern music that every audience can identify with and enjoy.

She, her husband and others perform together as BYLAND. They are currently performing throughout the Greater Seattle Area while they work on their first album.
