Adrenal Asphyxia is an American death metal band founded in September of 2013, by guitarist Joshua Vineyard and drummer Timothy Thompson. Vocalist John Wheeler was added December of 2013 and Bassist Thomas Christopher Joined shortly after their first live Debut in May of 2014.

"The First" was a 5-track EP recorded in San Antonio TX with Clifton Miles and Evan Warren of "Deadroom Recordings" late April of 2014, and was released June 1st, 2014 after Adrenal Asphyxia's first live debut May 16th, 2014 in Abilene TX.

Since their live debut and EP release they have proceeded to expand throughout the United States, and completed their first tour "Decimation of the West" in the summer of 2015. The full-length album "Gorgonized" was recorded November 2014 and was released November 20th 2015, with tour dates soon to come.
