When you witness Adam Katz on stage, you don’t simply ‘hear’ him; you become ‘engaged’ and ‘involved’; and when you’re talking about his melodic fusion of pop, R&B, electronic and hip-hop, it’s something altogether more authentic and fresh than the manufactured ‘hits’ we’ve come to expect from the charts.

Katz’ grassroots success is evident in his already impressive history on stage. He has performed several times at the seminal Splendour in the Grass Festival, and on the other end of the spectrum, headlined venues from The Beresford to Penthouse (UK).

Katz’ captivating live show is a spectacle, whether throwing down an improvised rap freestyle or playing a live dubstep section. He’s celebrated for being able to break away from his routine at any moment, riffing spontaneously on what’s going on around him in the crowd.

However, it’s the standard of the songs that will take Katz to the next level. His anthems like ‘Stars’ and ‘Adore Ya’ are propelled into the pop stratosphere by his remarkable melodies. He has also written for many other major and independent artists internationally with an impressive list of major labels and artists endorsing his songs.

Katz released his debut single ‘Stars’ through Central Station Records, which achieved incredible success with national rotation on 2dayfm, Nova, and MTV. ‘Stars’ reached #8 on the UK club charts.

Katz was recently the opening act for 112’s Australian Tour, and is currently working alongside some of Australia and the UK’s biggest electronic production talent on several upcoming releases.
