A Nail in a Sure Place is an acoustic band that writes songs about love and death. This project originally started as a solo singer/songwriter act back in 2005, but has since added a percussionist and has been collaborating with local bands, artists, and vocalists to play music derived from honest hearts and true lovers of music.
We have a diverse and an ever growing catalog of original and cover songs for any party, event, or showcase. The idea of writing honest music that others can empathize with is what birthed this project.
A Nail in a Sure Place currently consists of Jose Perez (Vocals/Guitar) and Patrick Grecko (percussion). We are believers in supporting local music... especially San Diego Local Music!
