Omar El Batawi, is a Egyptian - American recording artist, producer and mix engineer. Self-produced, written, mixed and mastered, Batawi's music weaves Rap and Rnb with elements of Electronic Music. Batawi has apprenticed legendary audio engineers Tony Maserati (Notorious B.I.G, 2Pac, Beyonce) and Manny Marroquin (Kanye West, Rolling Stones, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Bruno Mars) in the south of France to learn how to achieve his desired sound.

Grand Lotus is a four-piece band from Tampa FL, consisting of members Russell Goodman, Carlito Algarin, Brandon Giorlando, and Elijah Noblitt. The band was formed in the winter of 2015 after going through a rotation of members and finding our definite sound. We all have been developing into talented musicians each and every day, even landing a spot on 97X Backyard BBQ this year. Every member considers music to be their lives and hopes that someday they will be able to live out their dreams and share their art with the world.

Blues inspired heavy rock from central Florida

Youth Antics is an Alternative Indie Rock band from Parrish, FL. Formed in 2017, the band's line-up consists of Derek Luna (vocals, bass guitar), Dylan Nicholas (lead guitar), Pete Bell (keyboards, rhythm guitar), and Cameron Luna (drums, percussion). All members are alumni of Manatee School for the Arts in Palmetto, FL, where they met and studied music theory. Influences on their sound come from 80's new-wave bands like Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, INXS, Duran Duran, and The Cure. The band is currently working to record and release their debut EP. Expected to be released early 2018.

Since their origins in 2015, Phantom Phunk has established themselves as one of the leading creative forces in Tampa’s underground music scene. Founded out of their home studio, dubbed Harmonic Factory, the group began working on their first album, Arboles Ossific (2016). Their debut release showcased a group of explorative songwriters whose signature style was bound to no genre and embraced the unexpected. As advocates of environmentalism, the band wrote their sophomore album, Turtle Stand (2017), in an effort to bring awareness against animal cruelty. Since then, Phantom Phunk has transformed into a three-piece core, and now consists of Alexa Toro on vocals, Nick Emiliozzi on drums and Hector Fontanet on guitar. Tracks from their latest EP, Struggle With Me (2018), also include features from local hip-hop artist Cloud Master Price. The blend of alt-rock and hip-hop gives the group a progressive sound comparable to the Gorillaz and No Doubt.

negus Kofi has been performing since the age of three. By age seven he was already winning local talent shows and dance competitions. While also excelling in athletics, he decided to join the Chorus at Orange Grove Middle Magnet School of the Arts, after successfully participating in musical theater. He helped the school win numerous county superior awards in county and state competitions and sang baritone in the Florida ACDA all honors male choir (top 100 singers in the state). However, Kofi has neglected his musical abilities for many years, to primarily focus on athletics and furthering his education. After studying abroad in China during the summer of 2016, he returned to the states with a renewed perspective. He immediately began working on expanding his catalog of music and is committed to using his business acumen, background in nonprofit organizational leadership and musical abilities to advance the culture and music industry.

You might think this band is just a bunch of kids... but they have opened for a Grammy Award Winner, headlined at The Orpheum, opened for Infinite Eights at Crowbar, performed at Steinbrenner Field and they have played multiple times at Carrollwood Cultural Center, The Shops at Wiregrass and Glazer Children's Museum. In addition to playing at local events, they also play private parties. They also have soundtrack credits on IMDb. They would love the opportunity to rock your next event.

The Young Something is fronted by Alex Bonyata (17) and Bella Beyer (15) who are based in St. Petersburg, Florida. They started performing and songwriting together when they met at the Grammy Museum’s Music Revolution Project during the summer of 2015. Since then they have expanded to a full band and have been busy performing throughout the Southeast. They have been featured on WMNF Radio multiple times and appeared in the Tampa Bay Times. Their unique sound and musical prowess have led them to play in support of acts such as Foreigner, Andy Grammer, Toby Keith, and Sister Hazel. Recently they recorded their premier EP as The Young Something in Nashville and will be releasing it this winter.
