Jasmine Bailey is a singer/songwriter based out of San Diego, CA with influences in folk, jazz, blues, and neo-soul. She has performed at notable venues such as Sofar Sounds San Francisco, Two Day Town Festival (Livermore) and House of Blues San Diego along with several local events including Embassy Suites La Jolla, Art on Adams, South Park Walkabout, Soda Bar and SDAI Solo Duos Todos. She just finished a successful tour throughout the West coast in April.
In 2016, after winning a National award from YoungArts, a prestigious arts program that boasts some of the art industry's most successful artists, she debuted her first EP, Wild Woman. This showcased Jasmine's ability to weave vivid, dream-like stories into vocally strong songs.
With an entrancingly rich voice, paired with the tonal warmth of her nylon string or electric guitar, Jasmine shares a raw and genuine heart in this modern age of disenchantment.
She has opened for artists across genres like Marty O'Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra, folk singer/guitarist Hannah Jane Kile, Canadian percussive-finger style guitarist Adam Crossman and modern hip-hop legend/producer Milo.
Jasmine is available as a solo act or accompanied by a band including drums, bass, harmonies and saxophone/trombone.
