BAM! Acoustic Duo

Acoustic Duo playing the best songs from the 70s and 80s to today. Fun, interactive stage show featuring an ever-rotating selection of silly costumes, audience prizes and grab bags. Audience involvement is a key part of the show, where the audience is encouraged to sing through the dedicated audience mic and even help with song selection. Fun aside, BAM! is also incredibly talented and will wow the crowd with the breadth of songs they play, from Johnny Cash to Journey to Queen, there are few artists outside of their range. From Original to a wide variety of covers, Rheanna Downey performs as a solo artist as well as a duo(vocal/strings/lead guitar). She has toured across the globe and within her own United States, releasing one full length record and several smaller projects. Her style includes an original folk/soul/rock/country vibe that is perfect for any event. She has released original music on LA's indie Label, Cleopatra Records and has played many notable venues including San Diego's Belly Up, as well as gaining the attention of local radio stations.

Jay blu is a local San Diego singer-songwriter born in Hawaii but raised in California most of her life. she considers San Diego her hometown.She plays the guitar and the piano she sing her originals and well as cover with a acoustic soul twist. begin multicultural her music influences vary greatly between Jazz, soul, rock, blues and even country occasionally. she spent her summers in Tennessee which influenced her love for blues and gospel. she puts a great show with her warm sultry vocal tones will liven up your stage. Larisa Gosla has travelled the world sharing her gifts and music for over a decade. She has performed for over 300,000 audience members and on 300+ stages. With her first solo at 5 years old, she grew up with a strong knowing that singing was just simply what she came here to do. A captivating and magnetic songwriter, she pulls you in with her heart based lyrics and angelic frequencies. Available for weddings, cocktail hour, and corporate and private events! She recently just released her second solo album titled “I Remember” where the collection of songs embody the elements of grace and unconditional love. She is honored to have Max Ribner from Medicine for The People joining her on “One Heart, One Tribe” where she sings about her passion for the earth and her people uniting as one. Her song “Blessing” weaves the tenderness of unconditional love, “Goodbye Old Me” of letting go of old identity, and “I Remember” speaking to the deep connection of remembering the self as all of life. She also recently collaborated with a producer from Argentina, Mato, on a song called “The Other Side” which is playing on radio stations across Latin America. Besides music, Larisa also offers Transformational Vocal Coaching Programs, called “Vocal Resonance”, where she fuses her years of professional experience and training, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and coaching into one program designed to empower others to have a joyous, confident, liberated, and loving relationship with their vocal expression.

Paul Eddy is an actor / musician who grew up in Kentucky, worked in New York City for 6 years and has recently made San Diego his home. Within a few months of moving to San Diego, he was fortunate enough to play Buddy Holly in "Buddy:The Buddy Holly Story" which earned him a nomination for Outstanding Lead Performance in the San Diego Theater Critics Circle Awards. Paul loves to continue to bring the songs of Buddy Holly to life along with a nice mix of oldies (Beatles, Dylan, etc) pop covers and his own originals. He has played everything from Belly Up Tavern to the Carlsbad Holiday Inn for Mayor Matt Hall to your backyard bbq. He plays through a Yamaha 400i and would love for his next gig to be with you.

Shades of Blue is a subsidiary of the world-renowned band, Liquid Blue. Shades of Blue fills the niche of small and medium-sized events, but with the same quality musicianship so many have come to rely upon with Liquid Blue. We can play as a duo, trio or a full band with up to 7 performers. We are self-contained so all we need is adequate power at the venue.

Sean Cox is a local San Diego musician and songwriter. Projects over the last 15 years include solo work, Social Green, Big Penny, Bandalier, The Lucy Ring, The Jesse Ray Smith Duo, and more recently, Burden Feathers. You can see him performing frequently around town playing an array of music from originals to covers spanning Classic Rock, Folk, Americana, and British Pop. Some of his greatest musical influences include The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Radiohead, Pink Floyd and Classic Country; but his well for music runs deep. Sean is available as a soloist, duo, trio, or full band.

Pip Lewis is a twenty-one-year-old British singer-songwriter. Now based in San Diego, Pip has grown a loyal following globally. Her profound bond with music and words not only resonates with listeners but educates the heart and soul alike. She's a lover of nature, reading, and rock-climbing. Her originals have been featured on BBC Introducing, The Mahogany Sessions, 91XFM, and more. Her covers have even been recognized by the likes of Hozier and Booker T. Jones! She has played at the likes of The Casbah, the House of Blues (main stage), The ROXY, Quartyard, the Encinitas Street Fair, Queen Bees, and more.

Holly West has been singing and playing bass or guitar in front of audiences for over a decade. She’s a world traveling bassist in the well known all female Led Zeppelin tribute act Zepparella. When she’s not doing that she’s teaching music or playing acoustic all over California.

Sage Taylor is a San Diego-born singer and guitarist. She loves singing pop, rock, indie, folk, neo-soul, and jazz. Some of her biggest influences and artists often on her setlist include Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones, Gwen Stefani, The Cranberries, Alicia Keys, Fleetwood Mac, Mazzy Star, and Adele. She was recently named a national YoungArts winner for Voice (Pop). She is a sophomore at the University of Michigan's School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. She is excited to connect with audiences throughout San Diego through the beautiful craft of music.

Laura is a singer-songwriter based in San Diego, CA. By day she is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and by night a Musician. She has been solo performing since 2008. Albums: Beautiful- May 4th, 2022 Phases- June 10th, 2022 Although music has been a part of Laura's life since childhood, 2006 is when her talents blossomed in a new direction. At that time, she was diagnosed with an illness called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), which caused her to be confined to a wheelchair for 4 years. This reality forced her to find new outlets and hobbies her body could handle. Laura's debilitating illness allowed the time and space for her musical world to cultivate. Her POTS is now manageable and she can enjoy all areas of life she wishes to discover! On her free time she enjoys skateboarding, volleyball, hiking, camping and laying on the beach (just to name a few).
