Jim and Star moved to Arizona from eastern Washington in January of 2020 with ideas of enjoying a semi-retired life in beautiful Arizona. Soon it became clear that their mission was to be forming a cover band that would be a positive and encouraging force in what was becoming a very difficult season in our world. In faith, and against the odds in a market that was quickly locking down, they began to build anyway. Truly motivated by love, StarAlliance is realizing their dream of bringing joy and laughter to their community through their music and their message of encouragement. Their greatest reward is seeing people sing, laugh and dance to their favorite songs and find a joyful respite from today's challenging world.

Reuben grew up in a musical family, during the 70s and 80s, his dad played Spanish guitar while his older brothers band played classic rock in his living room as child. He started playing and studying music in a serious manner in 1997, and his love and interest for music grew. In 2005 he realized that he had the ability to perform and entertain for friends and family, which blossomed in to him playing several times a week, along with teaching at different music stores and schools in Scottsdale and Chandler, eventually doing the same in Denver and Oregon. He’s made a living as a musician for the past 17 years. Through that time he’s accumulated a wealth of music of all genres. You can find him playing often in local venues every weekend

Todd & the Two-Tars is just me and two guitars (“Two-Tars”). I play many of your favorite 1970s and 1960s soft rock hits, plus a few surprises. I also can play a few newer country hits, as appropriate. If you long for classic hits with authentic vocals, you’ll enjoy the music like many who’ve listened for hours at each performance as they harken back to the days of 8-tracks, vinyl records and cassettes. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing along to the familiar tunes. You'll be amazed at the authentic vocals and how much the songs sound like how they were originally recorded. I have been well-received by owners/managers and customers/guests at numerous resorts, restaurants, wineries and bars.

Nina Speaking is a 4-piece cover band that plays 90’s alternative/rock as well as known music from other eras and genres. We play a wide range of venues and events both fully electric and acoustic. With this flexibility as well as an extensive song library we are a perfect fit for almost any event. Josh is an Arizona native singer songwriter available to perform with a full band but also scaled back as a Trio, Duo and and for Solo performance for the right setting. He prides himself on crafting original music as well as creative cover music together in a high energy live performance infused with elements of Rock, Pop, and Alternative that reaches out to get the audience involved. Josh is lucky to have some of the most talented musicians around to choose from when putting a band together for each show.
