The Wind Playing Tricks is an experimental rock band from San Diego. As a trio, they perform instrumental compositions involving piano, guitar, bass and drums to grip audiences with a highly focused and dynamic sound. Their debut EP blends articulate melody, cerebral harmony and a delicately crafted rhythm section; this triggered a string of shows, each growing in size and intensity. Currently, the trio is in the midst of a busy winter in both Southern California and Arizona. We are a five piece original Rock-N-Roll band. We all have 25 plus years of experience. We are open to play any type of gig. This would include full band electric, or acoustic. We have the gear and equipment to play to 500 people. Our sound is in the vain of classic southern style rock n roll.

ODDBALL is a persistent and hardworking band hailing from San Diego California, first established in 2010. Their perseverance is certainly paying off. From its inception as a group, and debut release of “Cold Beer, Dirty Girls”, ODDBALL’s music has turned heads with its dirty and gritty sound laced with their own brand of witty, “tongue-in-cheek” humor. The sound with all its quirks and dynamics is both massive and infectious. The effect ODDBALL has on an audience is simply undeniable. These players show consistently that as a musical entity, ODDBALL is greater than the sum of its parts, and that as a branded product, as well as an earnest creative pursuit, it is potentially the stuff of Rock’N’Roll legend. ODDBALL tours extensively, and continues to grow its loyal "Oddsquad" along the coast as well as overseas. They are currently looking to land a contract with either an Independent, or a Major Label to spread the gospel of ODD to all parts of the world. Anton Smirnov began his violin studies in Ukraine where he won and received awards from a number of national and regional competitions, and was regularly featured as a soloist with Kherson National University Symphony Orchestra and Gileya Chamber Orchestra. Anton earned his bachelor's degree at Southeastern Louisiana University, where he was awarded Hans Schneider excellence in music scholarship. During his studies at Southeastern Anton won auditions in Baton Rouge Symphony, Mobile Symphony Orchestra, Gulf Coast Symphony, and Acadiana Symphony, and performed in the concerts featuring Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, Midori Goto, Ilya Kaler, Nadja Salerno, Chris Botti, Evelyn Glennie, Olga Kern and others. In 2010 Anton began his graduate studies in Pittsburgh, PA at Mary Pappert School of Music, Duquesne University, where he worked on his Master's degree and served as a concertmaster under the direction of maestro Sidney Harth. He continued performing as a contract musician in a number of professional orchestras, including Westmoreland Symphony, Wheeling Symphony, Washington Symphony Orchestra, Johnstown Symphony and Ripieno Chamber Orchestra, where he was appointed as acting concertmaster. In 2013 Anton was offered a teaching position at Duquesne University City Music Center. More recently Anton moved to Denver, Colorado to pursue his passion for composing, and music production.

Emerging from a background of multiple genres, Zack Arnett was inspired to take his storytelling on an entirely new journey, set against an indie/pop sound resembling the synthesizers and dance-centric beats of the 80's to the catchy vocal melodies of today's emerging indie artists. Thus, Fire in the Hamptons was born. ​ In 2010, Zack connected with award-winning producer/composer, Bert Selen. The two combined their eclectic talents and, nearly a year later, completed the Fire In The Hamptons full-length album, “F.I.T.H.” The record, mastered by Grammy award-winning engineer Brad Blackwood, features standouts “Humanimal,” “Children of the Sun,” and “Stargazer,” which one music blogger describes as “one of those tracks that leaves you hooked on the first listen.” The young album has already had music featured in TV shows including “Gossip Girl,” “Jersey Shore,” “Snooki & Jwoww” and online promos for Vogue Magazine. “Humanimal” has been played on LA’s tastemaker radio station, KCRW. ​ On stage, the music comes alive with enough energy to make venue security dance. The four-piece band is lead by Zack on vocals, Aaron Bilyeu on drums, Ian Dowd on guitar and Emvy Venti on synth/piano. Since their first show in 2012, Fire in the Hamptons has been building a buzz that keeps fueling their fire. They performed at the indie music festival “Echo Park Rising,” headlined Monterey’s festival “First Night Monterey,” they’ve opened for Samantha Ronson and performed at a KROQ “Locals Only” showcase at the Roxy Theatre, headlined by Youngblood Hawke.

Having started their gigging career supporting Mercury darlings Metronomy, Devon-based three-piece These Reigning Days have quickly established a reputation as a formidable live act.
