Shape Pitaki was founded in 2012 by Shane Thompson and Greg Johnson. After playing in multiple bands and projects, the duo started to switch things up by having Thompson step forward from the drums as lead singer/songwriter/guitarist. With Johnson taking lead guitar/vocals, Brett Peloquin on bass, and Carlen Walth on Rhodes piano/Hammond B3/guitar/lap steel the group took to recording their full-length "Lonely This Is". Through a couple rotations of members, the band has found its focus as a trio with Mike Willson on drums. After playing multiple venues all over Southern California, the band released a music video for "Can't Go Home" from their recent EP "Let's Get Gnarly & Chill". 2017 promises to be a big year with SXSW and a fall tour!

These seasoned studio session musicians bring that same polished energy to stages around the world. With their huge repertoire they know how to tailor their performance to the audience. A native Scot with his Glasgow accent, Brian Caldwell is well known for his wonderful ability to charm any crowd while his energetic and driving rhythm guitar blends flawlessly with the rest of the band. Joining Brian are Paul Graham Castellanos - on fiddle, mandolin, guitar, banjo, Sharon Whyte - on accordion and keyboards, Bob Sale - on percussion and drums, Glen Fisher - on bass, and master of guitars Jim Soldi. Highlighting Celtic music from Scotland and Ireland, with originals and the occasional popular cover, Highland Way create the ultimate show.

Singer-songwriter Kevin Erskine is a local singer-songwriter who plays jazz, folk, and pop music. After graduating from Berklee College of Music where he studied Songwriting, he relocated to San Diego to further pursue music in his hometown. Currently he teaches music in Mission Hills and performs solo and with a seven piece jazz group.

Melanie is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and composer. Her original music has been featured on KNSJ radio and on Aztec Music Group's compilation of student compositions entitled The Backdoor. She is a gigging jazz guitarist and occasional bassist. Melanie has a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Guitar from SDSU and is an instructor at City Heights Music School, Harbor Music Academy and California Music Studios. Melanie's repertoire includes rock, pop and jazz standards as well as original music upon request. Full bands/other instruments can be assembled if necessary. The Great Silver Sun

The Great Silver Sun is a modern psychedelic jazz rock project based out of San Diego California led by Grayson Scheiner. Great authentic songwriting with emotionally evocative arrangements are enough to give goosebumps. Couple that with the virtuosic abilities of Grayson(Guitar), Griffin Powdrell(Saxopohone/Flute), and Oscar Fabian(Guitar/Effects) and you have a phenomenal psychedelic rock show. The band's first E.P. Love and The Machine was produced by critically acclaimed producer Aaron Bowen and features complex brass arrangements, spoken word pieces and pot and pan percussion showing that this group is not afraid to take artistic risks in the generation of their own unique sound and vibe.

David Diers and his band are a rock n’ roll love letter cut from a London Calling album jacket written under disco light and delivered by zeppelin straight from Austin, Texas. David (vocals, guitar), Mike Becker (bass), Riley Sklar (drums), and Julia Canales (guitar, vocals) are hard at work on the rock-funk follow up to his genre bending chamber rock debut E.P. Heart of Steele and 2016's single, The Dead. Whether they are playing their hearts out on stage or fusing together diverse music elements in new alchemies, the goal is always the same: to express emotional truth through words and music and to give that to others with love and energy.
