I was born in Panama City, Panama and stated playing music at age 16 with the group Latin Connection. we were a group of teenagers looking to play salsa with tumbao. my biggest influences growing up were Ruben Blades, Roberto Roena, Fania All Stars Sonora Poncena, Willie Rosario, Ismael Miranda, and many more. I been in California since the early 80's playing with different local bands as a Percussionist and vocals, some of the bands that I been a part of; Orquesta La Conciencia, Zona Nueva, Orquesta Primo, Un Solo Son, Trece de la Suerte. I am singer/songwriter/musician here in San Diego. I perform regularly at Lestat's West Music Venue and also in other venues in the San Diego area. I just released my debut EP, "Stella Road" that I am currently promoting and is available on iTunes, Spotify, and Google Play. I also have a single out titled, "Your Kiss" that is available on iTunes. I am always writing and am gearing up to go back in the studio this fall for a follow-up EP. Christina currently performs with her uplifting and energetic Get Ready show (3 songs - Get Ready,Go Hard, So Natural), while collaborating with a hip hop choreographer Josh Curtis (Founder of J3K Dance Company) and being consulted by a world-renown teacher on samba and world dance Julie Simon to put together a show for her new R'n'b/Pop Brazilian-inspired Endless Summer EP to be released in Fall 2015. The show will consist of 4 songs: Flip The Switch - Brazilian-influenced fast paced pop/rnb tune with a catchy chorus and a lot of drums. Control - Sexy rnb joint with Indian citara and Middle Eastern samples. Play That - Slow and sensual new school fix. Chair performance. Island Summertime - high energy, reggaeton-like and happy final track. There are 3 performing variants: 1. Solo (Christina + instrumentals/DJ) - ideal for private/corporate gigs, easiest to book. 2. Show (Christina + 2 dancers) - best for smaller stages *please book ahead of time* 3. Big show (Christina + 15 female drummers + 2 dancers) - recommended for big stages and festivals. *please book ahead of time* Christina started her musical career in Russia performing covers in universities and small clubs in 2007, in a couple years met 2 musicians from Boston and started working with them producing content for a label. The tracks were never released but she definitely got a lot of experience and started learning about the business side of music. She participated in Yes!No!Maybe! pop project with VJ's of MTV Russia in 2010, then formed a band and started performing with jazz. In short, she performed for Radio Montecarlo, Cyprus Business Awards, Turkey Tennis Tournament, MayFashion, declined a contract with Gala Records, a Russian brand of Universal, to move to California and sign with Pacific Records. Right now Christina is getting ready to release her new EP Endless Summer, tour nation-wide and perform at the next FIFA World Cup ceremony in Russia.

Born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, Alex currently resides in San Diego where he composes, produces, and performs. A recent alumni of UC San Diego, Alex studied Jazz piano with renowned professor, Kamau Kenyatta. In addition to the piano, Alex plays the accordion, in which he plays a variety of genres ranging from French waltz to Colombian cumbia. Yamila Cuban Latin Band

Yamila Guerra brings the rhythm of her native Cuba to the Los Angeles Latin scene. She learned a wide variety of artistic talents from Cuba, Europe, and the United States. At a very early age she was enrolled in Cuba’s National Ballet School where she studied Russian influenced ballet for five years and ultimately began performing as a soloist. She has performed in many Latin-based venues. She has performed at the Mayan Theater, The Ramba Room, The Century Club, Mama Juanas, and many other famous clubs in the Los Angeles area. She has also participated in several cultural events such as the Cuban Festival and the Latin American Festival, Day of Mexico Independence, among others.
