In 2007 she became a finalist in the National Foundation of the Arts competition. She took 2nd place out of over 7000 entries and became the very first rock singer ever to make it into the finals, getting rock recognized as an art form. Sheyna spent the last year writing her new album and honing in on her sound. Gee was the Southern California representative in the Texaco Country Showdown after just 6 months playing country music and is now the winner of two LA Music Awards including “best country single” for her song “Truck” and best singer/songwriter.

I was born in Panama City, Panama and stated playing music at age 16 with the group Latin Connection. we were a group of teenagers looking to play salsa with tumbao. my biggest influences growing up were Ruben Blades, Roberto Roena, Fania All Stars Sonora Poncena, Willie Rosario, Ismael Miranda, and many more. I been in California since the early 80's playing with different local bands as a Percussionist and vocals, some of the bands that I been a part of; Orquesta La Conciencia, Zona Nueva, Orquesta Primo, Un Solo Son, Trece de la Suerte. I am singer/songwriter/musician here in San Diego. I perform regularly at Lestat's West Music Venue and also in other venues in the San Diego area. I just released my debut EP, "Stella Road" that I am currently promoting and is available on iTunes, Spotify, and Google Play. I also have a single out titled, "Your Kiss" that is available on iTunes. I am always writing and am gearing up to go back in the studio this fall for a follow-up EP. I love to gig and connect with people. If my songs can touch your heart, then as far as I'm concerned, I've reached the mountaintop.

I'm a soul/pop singer and entertainer for all occasions. My vocal style is a mix between Leon Bridges and Ed Sheeren. I use my looper to build songs and engage crowds with a powerful mix of top 40 covers and originals.
