Louis B. Middleton
My name is Louis Middleton. I'm a Berklee College of Music alumni, and professionally working entertainer. As a pianist, keyboardist, vocalist, and guitarist, I've performed hundreds of gigs in various settings, including piano bars, restaurants, private parties, and tours with major label bands and artists. Currently, I am booked through T. Skorman Productions, Dana Bronson Entertainment, and Steve Beyer Productions, but I also book directly with clients as well. I've worked with professional musicians ranging from pop rock acts, to jazz and blues players. My favorite part of being a professional musician is making my audience feel something. The perfect song brings one back to a certain moment in time in their life; it creates a picture. When I perform as a "piano man", I like to look for the one person in the room is isn't 100% satisfied, and make them feel alive again. I'm an entertainer and take pride in what I do. I'm confident what I bring to the table as a professional performer is worth every penny and my clients are always 100% satisfied. Although I love the "music of today" and appreciate all different styles of music, my favorite music to cover is that of the "classic rock and roll, pop, and folk" era. The songs and music of the 60's, 70's, and 80's speaks to me. It's longevity speaks for itself and will always have a place in the hearts of the listener. Some of my musical influences range from classic Elton John and Billy Joel, to Cat Stevens, Jim Croce, Hall and Oates, and Phil Collins. Other slightly more obscure music that I enjoy covering and always is a crowd pleaser, are songs from bands and artists such as Yes, Genesis, Jackson Browne, Traffic, and Todd Rundgren. I grew up in a small town, with a family who surrounded me with beautiful music, that helped shape who I am today. Now living in a big city, I still bring that "small town feel" to every gig I attend and perform at. Every attendee at my performances always leaves feeling I performed a song just for them, and I always leave them wanting more.
