LA based international touring singer-songwriter, Christina LaRocca, is not only a musician, but an empowered woman who’s mission is to break down barriers worldwide. She has toured all over the USA, as well as Europe, the UK, and Canada, most of which was in the past year, performing over 200 shows. Most of them with an acoustic guitar on her back and a tank full of gas.
Aside from touring, and trying to change the world, LaRocca shows no signs of taking a break in the studio and will be releasing These are my Whiskey Dreams…. a full length album in July 2019. The album will have songs produced by Grammy Winning Producer/Engineer, Andros Rodriguez (Pharrell, Justin Timberlake, Florence & the Machine) as well as Alex Arias (Cher, Santana, MRK, The Strumbellas, The Mowglis), and more.
Christina switched coasts from New York City to Los Angeles, CA in 2014, finding much of her newfound inspiration from her trek out west, along with musical influences from artists like Lana Del Rey, Lauryn Hill, Elle King, Fiona Apple, and Brandi Carlile.
Over the years, she has shared the stage with artists like Rachel Platten, Luke Elliot, Bailen, Ian Axel, Joe Marson, VV Brown, Billie Joe (Green Day), Avi Buffalo, Misty Boyce and more. She has also been seen at Mile of Music 2018, Live After 5 in Downtown Long Beach, Mesa Music Festival 2018, Sofar Sounds (worldwide), Launch Festival, 2nd Street Festival Philadelphia, Philadelphia Film & Music Festival, unofficial and official sets at SXSW, CMJ, BMI Acoustic Lounge, as well as her year-long monthly Spaceland Presents Residency, Serenade at The Love Song Bar in Downtown Los Angeles, the World Famous Café Wha Band in NYC, as well as with High Moon Records artist, Ryan Martin. In March 2018, Christina composed, performed, and recorded music for Chelsea Clinton’s audiobook “She Persisted Around the World: 13 Women Who Changed History”, which was released by Penguin Random House, LLC. The audiobook was directed by 2018 Spoken Word Grammy Award Winning Director Dan Zitt.

er most recent release, the Child of the Sun EP (Nov 2017) was produced and recorded in Los Angeles, CA by Robb Torres, guitarist for artists like Draco Rosa and lead of Robbery Inc. Making her way from a R&B/bluesy background, the Child of the Sun EP became a fusion of soul, alternative rock, reggae and Americana.
