Jonah Smith is an award winning singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA. He went on to perform four times on national television wowing the judges and audiences with his big soulful voice and considerable keyboard chops. Born in Perpignan (France) during the eighties, singer-songwriter Edith Crash found herself in Spain during her late teenage years where she continued to hone her music sound into the symphonic blend of passionate music we hear today. She produced and released her first record in 2010. At that point her activity becomes frenetic, while her project gets solid with the same power the people perceive in her live shows where the artist performs as a one woman band. "Desire" reflects on Iraheta's Salvadoran background (the song features a sample of one of Oscar Romero's speeches), growing up in South Central Los Angeles and the culture shock she experienced when her singing took her to other neighborhoods and other parts of the world. It's a bilingual alternative rock song with a blistering track featuring Iraheta's incomparable vocals, Matthew Hager on bass and keyboards, Veronica Bellino on drums and Brian Stead on guitar. They also enlisted Los Angeles' "Accordion Diva" Gee Rabe, who often plays live with the quartet. It was produced by Hager (who before Halo Circus had a career producing, writing and arranging for the likes of Scott Weiland and Duran Duran) and mixed by multi Grammy winner Craig Bauer (Kanye West/Smashing Pumpkins/Ed Sheeran).
