Los Angeles-based singer songwriter, actress, Malynda Hale is a creative powerhouse and multi-talented performer. Classically trained in both vocal performance and musical theatre, Hale has proven her creative versatility over time, securing her place in the Recording Academy as well as The Actors Equity Association. Her music and performances has garnered praise from, Rant Hollywood, Cliche Magazine, Santa Barbara Independent, The Dutch Guy, Blog Critics, Lady Indie, Urban Flux Magazine, The Birmingham Times, and Music Connection Magazine. Hale has also received many awards including the ASCAP PLUS Award for Independent Artists, the Top Singer/Songwriter Award in the First Annual Independent Artist Network Music Arts Awards and, Best Female Pop Artist in the Indie Music Channel Radio Music Awards. Additionally she was featured in Forbes Magazine along with Andy Grammer and Soleil Moon Frye for being a social media influencer on the app Flipagram. She has been featured on KCAL 9 news and NBC as an emerging artist. She was nominated for two Independent Artist awards, three Indie Music Channel Awards, two Josie Music awards where she won Pop/Contemporary Song of the Year for her song "Stand" and two Hollywood Music and Media Awards where she won “Best Female Vocalist”. She was a headliner at the 2017 NAMM show and has opened for artists such as Tyrone Wells, Ernie Halter and Levi Kreis. She has performed along side Jane Lynch, Wayne Brady, Wendy Liebman and Foreigner and performed in many notable venues across the country.. She has sung as a lead vocalist for The Lucky Devils Band, Elan Artists and The Replicas Music.
