I've been dj'ing since 1998. Started playing out in Seattle, moved back to Austin in 2003. I've had a residency at Plush for 6 years now, and have played various other venues including Kingdom, Lanai/Ethics, and Vinyl. I've had the opportunity to open for headliners such as Chuck Love, Colette, and Charles Feelgood. Although my focus has been house (and several subgenres), my eclectic tastes include downtempo, drum & bass, and nudisco.

With 13 years ov being a fuck-off under his belt, Kangaroo Sexy came out of the rave scene and straight into the electroclash. Hosting monthly parties for anything from house to clash to disco, he has had a long standing reputation ov altering genres while maintaining long transitions and an overall journey to his selections. He has always bucked the current trend of EDM preferring longer groves and cleaner movement, pulling anywhere from select indie dance remixes ov top 40’s, into original cuts of classics, down to sultry minimal, and old E.B.M. Kangaroo Sexy has no problem shamelessly playing whatever works.

Owner and senior DJ at Spacecraft Entertainment, DJ Jeff has a vast 15 year experience in the entertainment industry. Jeff studied classical and jazz music in college, played trombone and bass in a number of groups including The Spazmatics, an 80s tribute show and on cruise ships. In 2009 he fell in love with DJing and formed Spacecraft Entertainment in Austin, TX. The styles of music that DJ Jeff spins depends entirely upon the event and client. His personal taste in music is very diverse which is one reason he loves DJing. Every wedding, party, and club asks for different styles and keeps his job fun! As far as his technical DJ style goes, he always mixes live, beat mixes for dancing, and scratches sparingly when DJing Hip Hop. As the master of ceremonies (MC), he make very clear, professional announcements.
