Influenced by artists like Porter Robinson, KOAN Sound, Point Point, but I look for inspiration in all music. I enjoy making pieces that reach out to people on another level and stands out from main stream music. I use Logic Pro 9 to produce and a DDJ-SX with Serato at live shows. Miceeleves is the operating moniker for Kris Brown’s psychedelic folk music. Kris is based in Austin, Texas, and has played with such diverse legends as Cyril Neville, Charlie Robison, Arlo Guthrie, Birds of Chicago, Everton Blender, and War. He has recording credits with Ruthie Foster, General Smiley, Sara Hickman, and Dose One. His curious folk music is fueled by great guitar playing, strange tunings, and far out images. Kris released Looking for my Zero on the heels of 2013 and spent 2014 writing tunes in lots of different cities while logging nearly 30,000 miles on tour in buses, vans, planes, ferries, and a badass Buick. The newest release, Pies in the Sky, is the chronicle of those travels.

Angelic powerful voice. Expressive singer songwriter alt country with some blues. I like to arrange cover songs and make them my own. Some of my favorite covers are Scar Tissue by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and So Lonesome I could cry by Hank Williams Sr. Relaxing vibe. I enjoy singing at weddings, wineries, and intimate house shows, happy hour shows. I play ukulele and guitar.

New-wave meets punk mixed up with a little bit of soul. Hailing from Austin, TX hot off the release of our debut album Killin' Machine mixed by grammy nominated Mark Needham (The Killers, Imagine Dragons).

When Stuart Leach was home alone one afternoon at the age of eleven, he sat down at the piano to write his first song and hasn't looked back. In high school, Leach fronted a piano-driven rock band called Seastroke. They released an album, opened for nationally touring acts, such as Maps & Atlases, and received radio play in Dallas, LA, and Austin. When his mates went off to different colleges around the country, Leach started to work alone. Now you can find the 21-year-old college student hunkered down in his apartment in Austin, still writing songs. In June, Leach released Kokedama, a seven song mini-album and a step in a new direction for the young artist. The songs are open and cheerful in spite of a sense of longing and nostalgia. As one reviewer put it, "The sound is casual but deep, invigorating in its emotional frankness yet not so serious that it can't get playful[...]" (Ovrld). Leach pushes the limits of the current synth-pop craze to the next level by a refusal to be anything but himself--his particular lyrical style and superb sense of pop melodies come through in earnest. “From the woozy, swerving electronics of ‘Tru Luv’, to the classic-rock vibes of ‘Blueberry Queen’, to the peppy, synth-laced ‘Tiptoes’, prepare to have Leach becoming a new artist that you hold in a higher regard than most.” (Hillydilly)

Velo is a band that makes experimental, conceptual pop music. We are in the process of releasing four EPs, one written and recorded each season of 2015, which will then be compiled into an album. Its gonna be an interesting ride, and we're thrilled to have you on board!

Blynd Birds is a rock and ruin band from Austin, TX. It was created by Jared Blair after years of playing guitar in loud indie-rock bands. He found the best musicians he knew and formed Blynd Birds. They recorded an album with Grammy winner Stuart Sikes (The White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Cat Power, Black Joe Lewis, The Sword, etc.) The band is genre-bending, sharp-toothed, honest and strange.
