The Poetry Assassins is a 5-piece all-original rock band based in Dayton, Washington - (Where? We're just north of the Walla Walla wine country in southeastern Washington). Best described as a cross between early Costello, Bowie, R.E.M., X, and the Foo Fighters, their music is completely original with multi-part harmonies and carefully crafted instrument interplay. Indie-alternative-rock would be the only way to pigeonhole a description and that falls somewhat short. It’s a wholly unique sound.
