How is Party of 5 different than any other band on GigTown?
First, we perform live all the time. You will begin to notice several wedding and event bands do not play live club shows...simply ask any band you are hiring or look at their live performance schedule. Second, we are professional musicians and frequently play all over the South and Midwest. We show up on time and entertain the crowd. We can provide hundreds positive referrals and testimonials.
Third, all the members in Party of 5 sing lead vocals and harmony so we have FIVE lead singers. Most bands have one or two which can get boring listening to the SAME one or 2 people singing for 4 hours. 2 of our performers have doctorates in music.
Fourth, we cover a setlist of 500+ songs. Most wedding and special event bands only play 50-75. Please email us to request a full setlist of songs.
Fifth, we cover several genres, so if you need any other special requests, do not hesitate to ask. We can do classic rock, modern hits, 80's tunes, jazz, etc.
Party of 5 is available both as a 4 piece (or 5 piece band with a female lead singer). We can perform as either and there are videos online of both. If you want several female songs sung at your event, we would recommend the 5 piece band. If you budget is limited, we recommend the 4 piece.
