Singer-songwriter, Part Robot's, music can be described as indie folk-influenced and characterized by intimate, emotionally charged lyrics and a gentle, wistful vocal style. Part Robot incorporates elements of atmosphere and emotion into his performances, using a looping pedal to create layered soundscapes. Along with building live loops on stage, Part Robot plays foot percussion instruments (over his vocals, live guitar and loops) which adds an extra layer of depth to his live performances and allows Part Robot to present a full sound all on his own while on stage, setting his performances apart and providing a unique experience for audiences. Musical influences include Elliot Smith, Fionn Regan, Bon Iver, Deathcab for Cutie, and Coldplay.
