Drawing influence from the vast swath of 60s and 70s music that formed the birth of psychedelic rock, rock trio Moonlight Bloom has developed a wide-ranging sound that has been related to a mix between Radiohead and Jimi Hendrix Experience — a widely varying songwriting approach mixed with experimental live improvisation for a style that hints at blues, rock, jazz and beyond.

The band has a large repertoire of original and cover songs, typically mixing their sets at a ratio close to 75/25 of originals/covers, respectively. While they know how to rock out and consistently receive strong feedback and crowd enjoyment for their original music, the band is flexible to the needs of events and can adjust their setlists as needed, in some cases even simply playing light jazz/blues style sets to act as more of a background setting.

Moonlight Bloom has played a wide range of different gig settings, from restaurants, bars and breweries to weddings, private parties and full-production music venues.

The band’s debut EP was released September 9, 2017 and their sophomore EP is set for release on April 14, 2018.
