Lisa Borum was born in St. Mary, Jamaica on September 29, 1986. Lisa arrived in American at the age of 13 with the desire to achieve a lifelong dream of singing. Never losing sight of that dream Lisa has obtained the true American dream running a successful family under the loving direction of her husband Jacob Perez Borum who was introduced to her as a vocal coach. She has six beautiful children, Jacob , Aria, Anaiah, Bella, Benjamin, and Sir James Borum. Lisa has sung with Voices of Praise choir, Tiffin University Gospel Choir, and Spirit of Love Praise team. Lisa's released her first album in 2015, Broken Lord was birth from a rough time and it made her realize that she was broken inside and needed the Love of God to repair her.
