She has two CD recordings: The Implications, a mid-’90’s collaboration with Laura Freeman (songwriter and performer from Texas,) and in 2001, The Prophet Said to Boo, a recording of original songs, guitars and voice. Kayonne’s groups have opened shows for Robert Earl Keen, Maria Muldaur and Janis Ian.
KRD3 bassist and vocalist, funky J, Jason Domulot has played with Kayonne in various bands since 1994, when his brother - drummer Fred Domulot brought him in for an emergency need. He has more than filled the bill. Jason sings and is funky. What more does a girl need? He helps carry things. Perfect! In actuality, Jason is the solid groove in KRD3. The dance factory.
Drummer RayRay Stewart can play. RayRay has been playing with Kayonne since 1998. RayRay is a veteran of Desert Storm. He is also the sweetest samba groover around.
KRD3 brings it: Jazz, Bossa Nova, Rhythm & Blues. Dig the sound of Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Lionel Ritchie and Bobby Caldwell. This trio serves a tasty time with the world’s best songs—played with soul and style.
