Born and raised in Hawaii, Filipino-Italian singer/songwriter Dondi honed her skills for years on the local circuit before moving to Idaho, where she continued to perfect her craft. After learning to play the guitar in middle school, Dondi began writing and performing her own songs, gaining a loyal following on her home island of Kauai. Drawing from pop and rock influences, Dondi has been compared to the likes of Adele and Tori Kelly, though her music has it’s own unique flair that must be heard to be fully appreciated.

As an artist, Dondi largely focuses on the creativity behind the music, leaving the tired clichés of the acoustic singer/songwriter in favor of her own unique style. Her work can be identified by its lyrical depth, melodic complexity, and the showcasing of her notably broad range (both vocal and emotional). When performing live, Dondi is able to command the stage with only her voice and her acoustic guitar, which makes for an intimate and powerful show.

Dondi is an unsigned artist living on Kauai. She is currently working on her upcoming EP scheduled to debut in the summer of 2016.
