The husband and wife team of Christine Albert and Chris Gage are mainstays of the Austin, Texas music scene. Their blend of folk, country and blues has been documented well in five releases on their own label, MoonHouse Records. “The royal couple of Austin folk music” (Good Life Magazine) are true entrepreneurs and indie artists, producing other artists in their south Austin based MoonHouse Studio, expanding their label in 2008 with new artist Abi Tapia, and maintaining an active touring schedule both in the US and Europe. Gage is a powerhouse multi-instrumentalist who toured with Roy Clark for 8 years and Ms. Albert is also known for her acclaimed solo recordings and performances in French and English.
